Original Tender Description

The Norwegian Public Roads Administration, section Building Operations Southwest (hereinafter referred to as the Contracting Authority), wishes to invite tenders for the provision of rental brokerage services in the counties of Rogaland and Vestland. The Contracting Authority acquires a significant number of properties and dwellings in connection with the implementation of road projects. Some of these properties are demolished immediately, while a significant proportion are retained and temporarily rented out pending further development. The largest portfolio of rental dwellings is associated with the E16 Arna–Sta project.
