Feasibility study for the development of a National Ground Segment for Satellite Data (NBS). This involves examining the societal benefit of the current NBS, assessing the data volume to be stored, estimating the cost of continuation, and proposing priorities for functionality for the period 2028-2034. The main deliverable is a written report. The report shall contain descriptions and analyses of the following topics, defined as work packages (A1-7). The supplier is free to change the order and define the relative scope of work.
