Original Tender Description

The Council is seeking to engage with the market in advance of a forthcoming procurement for a Children and Young People’s Care and Support Services Framework. This engagement aims to gather feedback from providers on the proposed scope, structure and operation of the framework, which will support the flexible commissioning of services including early help, family support, community-based provision and specialist interventions. The framework may also be used to support young people transitioning into adulthood. Providers are invited to participate in market engagement events and provide feedback to help shape the development of the tender approach, including lot structure, call-off arrangements, and how best to support a transparent and sustainable approach to pricing and service delivery. Market engagement sessions will be held via Microsoft Teams in one-hour time slots on the following dates: Tuesday 21 July: • 09:30 – 10:30 • 10:30 – 11:30 • 11:30 – 12:30 • 12:30 – 13:30 Wednesday 22 July: • 09:30 – 10:30 • 10:30 – 11:30 • 11:30 – 12:30 • 12:30 – 13:30 • 13:30 – 14:30 • 14:30 – 15:30 • 15:30 – 16:30 Thursday 23 July: • 10:30 – 11:30 • 11:30 – 12:30 • 12:30 – 13:30 Monday 27 July: • 09:30 – 10:30 • 10:30 – 11:30 • 11:30 – 12:30 • 12:30 – 13:30 Wednesday 29 July: • 13:00 – 14:00 • 14:00 – 15:00 • 15:00 – 16:00 A briefing paper will be circulated in advance of the sessions. Time slots will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. To request a place, providers should submit their preferred dates and times (in order of preference) to cyps.commissioning@npt.gov.uk.
