Original Tender Description

Torridge District Council is setting up a Local Authority Trading Company (LATC) to run its three leisure centres from April 2022: Holsworthy Leisure Centre, Torridge Pool and Torrington Pool and Sports Centre. It is intended that a partner is procured to supply back-office support for the new LATC for key support areas including payroll, finance, ICT support.
