Original Tender Description

The Norwegian Patent Office, hereinafter referred to as the Contracting Authority, wishes to receive offers for an agreement on licenses and license management. The scope includes the conclusion of a multi-year agreement for the rental of software licenses and license subscriptions, as well as Software Asset Management (SAM) services. SAM services include ongoing management and monitoring of the Norwegian Patent Office's license portfolio, including periodic reporting. The agreement shall cover the Norwegian Patent Office's ongoing needs for licenses from suppliers such as Microsoft, Adobe, Citrix and VMware. In addition
