Gepos er kartkontorets verktøy for å føre prosjektregnskap og utføre balanseføring og prognosearbeid for Geovekst-prosjekter enkelte andre samarbeidsprosjekt der Kartverket fører prosjektregnskap. Gepos består av en arbeidsbok (excel-basert) som inneholder Gepos-program og et prosjektark for hvert prosjekt, samt noen rapporter som gir samla oversikt for flere prosjektark. Koblinger og funksjoner mellom filene håndteres ved hjelp av makroer. Gepos benytter kun standard excel-funksjonalitet. Gepos
