This procurement is for the second anniversary re-opening of the Council's Framework Agreement for the provision of Home Care Services for Southampton City Council and is being conducted as an open procedure. The procurement is split into the following lots: Lot A: Adults aged over 18 who meet the Care Act eligibility criteria for funded support, including all those who live within a housing with care environment. Lot B: Adults aged over 18 who meet the Care Act eligibility criteria for funded support who have a learning disability and either live within their own home or a supported living environment. Lot C: Adults aged over 18 and children who meet the criteria for NHS funded care (Continuing Health Care for adults and Continuing Care for children). Lot D: Children who meet the eligibility for funded support (excluding those who sit within lot C).
