Original Tender Description

The purpose of the tender is to identify successful bids from suitable suppliers of various types of biomass (hereinafter Fuel) for the conclusion of purchase agreements. This is a tender in accordance with Sections 1009 - 1013 of the Law of Obligations Act. The Buyer will identify successful bids from suitable sellers of various types of biomass (hereinafter Fuel) for the conclusion of purchase agreements. The Fuel will be delivered by the successful bidder(s) by truck to the Baltic Power Plant, Auvere Power Plant, or Eesti Power Plant's biocomplex, as per the Buyer's request, where the quantity of Fuel will be weighed and a representative sample of Fuel will be taken from each shipment to determine the quality and energy content of the Fuel. From the price offers submitted in the tender, the successful bid(s) will be selected based on the lowest comparable price (unit price), and a sales agreement(s) will be concluded with the bidder(s).
