Original Tender Description

The purpose of the procurement is to achieve a uniformly and smoothly functioning infrastructure in fulfilling the parties' obligations, in which, upon the request of a physical person, gene data of physical persons transmitted by the Foundation Tartu University Hospital and the Estonian Genome Center of the University of Tartu for the provision of healthcare services will be processed with the aim of identifying the polygenic risk score for breast cancer of the physical persons who have expressed such a wish. To achieve the objective of the procurement, the contracting authority will conclude a framework agreement for the use of software for calculating the polygenic risk score for breast cancer (hereinafter referred to as risk model software), for installation and maintenance on the national personal medicine infrastructure.
