Original Tender Description

3.1 The contracting authority proposes to participate in the public procurement "Acquisition of a passenger car for the Raasiku Rural Municipality Government Education and Social Department through financial leasing" and to submit offers in accordance with the conditions contained in RHAD. 3.2 The subject of the procurement (contract) is the purchase of an M1 category passenger car with five seats and five doors. The latest handover date for the car is August 30, 2026. 3.3 The bidder shall submit an offer together with an informative payment schedule, taking into account the following conditions: 3.3.1 leasing period: 60 months 3.3.2 down payment: 3000 euros (including VAT) 3.3.3 financial leasing without residual value 3.4 The payment schedule must separately state the amount of the installment and the leasing payment. No contract fee will be charged when signing the leasing agreement. 3.5 The contracting authority is not obliged to conclude a leasing agreement with the bidder or their proposed financier. The contracting authority reserves the right to choose the leasing provider independently and conclude a leasing agreement with a financier of its own choice.
