Original Tender Description

Reconstruction of the shore ramp of quay no. 4 at Heltermaa port in accordance with the conditions set out in the public procurement tender documents. Duration of the procurement contract: - start date of the procurement contract is the date of signing the procurement contract (depends on the progress of the public procurement procedure, expected start date no later than the last day of validity of the offers 22.07.2026); - deadline for commencement of works on the construction site is 24.08.2026 (earlier commencement of works on the construction site is not permitted); - end date of the execution period (completion period) is 28.09.2026 (in the tender documentation, 2 months are added to the aforementioned date for the submission of the final invoice and payment, with an expected end date of 28.11.2026); - warranty period is 730 calendar days. Before submitting an offer, the contracting authority recommends that the tenderer inspect the public procurement object on-site at Heltermaa port at their own expense.
