Original Tender Description

The purpose of the procurement is to increase the reliability of the Auvere power plant fire extinguishing system (construction and installation works) within the scope and conditions specified in the legal acts of the Republic of Estonia and the procurement documents. For the purpose of familiarizing with the scope of work and resolving questions related to the preparation and submission of the offer, bidders have the right to participate in an organized site visit, which will take place on 05.05.2026. Participants will gather at 13:00 at the main gate of Enefit Power OÜ Eesti Elektrijaam at: Auvere village, Narva-Jõesuu city, 40107 Ida-Virumaa. To participate in the site visit, bidders must register by email to the contact person no later than 04.05.2026 at 12:00. Before the start of the site visit, the bidder must arrange a visitor access permit at the main gate of the Estonian power plant based on an identity document.
