The procured solution includes a high-availability cluster consisting of at least five nodes, combining compute, storage, and network functions into a unified software-managed platform. The solution must be scalable, support virtualization, distributed storage, software-defined networking (SDN), and hybrid cloud extensions. The procurement includes hardware delivery, installation, migration of the existing environment, training, and a 5-year maintenance and support service (SLA). Implementation will take place in the contractor's data center in Tallinn.
