Tallinn Mardi Kindergarten is looking for a contractor to carry out renovation works on the buildings at Mardi 5 and Turu 8. The works include, among other things: - Renovation of 2 external staircases (replacement of covering tiles, tidying up the base) - Improvement of drainage solutions for 2 staircases and entrances - Repair and replacement of wooden structures of windbreaks and canopies - Plaster repairs and liquidation of facade cracks - windbreak - Reconstruction of 3 emergency exit roof edges and canopies - Assessment of chimney condition and repair if necessary, 2 chimneys - Installation of 2 window flashings and execution of individual interior finishing works (replacement of WC wall tiles). The exact scope of work will be determined during an on-site inspection of the object. Submission of a tender is conditional on visiting the object by prior arrangement.
