Original Tender Description

2.1. The purpose of the procurement is to conclude a framework agreement for the purchase of supplies for the preparation of intravenous drug administration. Product descriptions are provided in Annex 1. The procurement object also includes the provision of training on the use of each offered product upon the procurer's request. The training must be conducted in Estonian and the venue will be either the Tartu University Hospital Foundation, L. Puusepa 8, Tartu, or the joint-stock company "Põlva Haigla", Uus 2, Põlva. The procurement is divided into 6 lots. Bids can be submitted for one or more lots. Framework agreements will be concluded according to the terms of Annex 2 (1 contractor) or Annex 3 (2 contractors) for each lot separately, with an expiry date of 30.09.2029. In case the same bidder is successful in multiple lots, a single framework agreement will be concluded with them, covering all relevant procurement lots. The estimated quantities indicated in Annex 1 are based on the procurer's previous experience and are not binding for the fulfillment of the framework agreement.
