Original Tender Description

Preparation of the construction design at the main project stage for the reconstruction of the equipment and channels of the microfilter building at the Tallinn water treatment plant. The annexes to the technical description, which are part of the simplified procurement documentation, are available to interested economic operators after signing a confidentiality agreement. The tenderer shall inform the contracting authority via RHR communication of their desire to review the materials, after which the contracting authority will provide a confidentiality agreement (the form is attached to the procurement documentation) for signing by interested economic operators. After signing the confidentiality agreement, the contracting authority will grant the economic operator access to the materials. In accordance with point 1.9 of the simplified procurement procedure, the Contracting Authority will organize an information day for familiarization with the subject of the procurement contract on 11.05.2026 at 10:00 AM at Järvevana tee 3, Tallinn. The Contracting Authority requests that economic operators wishing to participate in the information day inform the RHR communication.
