Original Tender Description

As a result of the procurement, thinning and other felling and extraction services will be ordered as machine felling under the framework agreement for felling and extraction services (hereinafter referred to as the framework agreement) from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2033 or until the maximum total cost is reached, the entire validity period of the framework agreement is from conclusion until 31.12.2035. The purpose of the procurement is to acquire felling services for carrying out thinning felling of smaller stem volume (first thinning felling), which requires the use of smaller equipment than usual for the execution of the works. Requirements for equipment are presented in Annex 11/1 of the service agreement (framework agreement). The area for carrying out the works is the territory of RMK South-West region (Saaremaa).
