The subject of the public procurement is the organization of Estonian language A1 level language learning courses for international protection applicants, in accordance with the technical specification of the public procurement provided in Annex 1 of AD. The activities of the procurement contract to be concluded as a result of the public procurement must be carried out in the period from the conclusion of the procurement contract until November 2027 (inclusive). The teaching of the courses must take place from the conclusion of the procurement contract until November 2027 (inclusive).
