Original Tender Description

The subject of the procurement is the inspection and repair works of the Auvere power plant chimney within the scope and extent specified in the tender documents. The technical task with annexes and the draft works contract will be issued to the bidder after signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). The NDA signed by the bidder must be submitted via RHR's communication channel. To familiarize with the scope of work and to resolve questions related to the preparation and submission of the offer, bidders must participate in an organized site visit on 21.04.2026 starting at 11:00 AM, gathering at the main entrance, Auvere village, Narva-Jõesuu city, Ida Virumaa. NB! The contracting authority will not consider an offer valid if submitted without familiarizing with the sites of the works. The site visit will be organized, based on prior registration. To participate in the site visit, participants must register by email to the contact person no later than 20.04.2026 at 12:00 PM. More information in the file "Site Visit Information".
