The building will include production rooms, warehouse space, an office area, and auxiliary rooms according to the project solution. The net area of the building is approximately 400 m² for production and office space, including auxiliary rooms. 
The scope of work includes all construction, structural, interior and exterior finishing, and the installation of internal technical systems (electricity, ventilation, heating, water, and sewage) within the plot boundaries.
