Original Tender Description

Transfer of chemical water treatment signaling of Balti Power Plant to SCADA system in accordance with the tender conditions. For the purpose of familiarizing with the scope of work and resolving issues related to the preparation and submission of the offer, Bidders have the right to participate in an organized familiarization visit, which will take place on 10.04.2026. Participants will gather at 10:00 at Balti Power Plant (at the central gate) at the address: Elektrijaama tee 59, Narva, Ida-Virumaa. To participate in the familiarization visit, bidders must register by email to the contact person no later than 09.04.2026, 12:00. Before the start of the familiarization visit, the bidder must obtain a visitor access permit at the central gate of Balti Power Plant based on an identity document. Use of personal protective equipment: helmet, safety glasses, ear defenders is mandatory during the familiarization visit.
