Original Tender Description

Riigiside Sihtasutus (90006101; hereinafter RIKS) invites entrepreneurs to participate in a market research conducted by RIKS on behalf of the State Support Services Centre, in connection with the central state procurement of communication services. During the market research, we want to gather feedback (see Annex 1) from entrepreneurs operating in the relevant field regarding the conditions of the technical specification of the previous state procurement and recommendations for the preparation of the technical specification for the new state procurement. We collect feedback both in writing and in the form of oral consultations: 1) Please submit written feedback through the public procurement register by 23.04.2026 at 15:00, along with information about participation in a meeting/consultation. 2) The meeting/consultation will take place on 30.04.2026 at 13:00 at RIKS, Ädala 29, Tallinn, and via MS Teams. More detailed information is in the document "Market Research Invitation".
