Design (preparation of construction project at the work project stage) and construction of the Heltermaa Port solar power plant battery system in accordance with the conditions set out in the public procurement documents. Contract duration: the performance period (work execution period) is 6 months from the entry into force of the procurement contract, and the warranty period is 730 calendar days. The procurement contract is financed by: the European Union's measure 'Development of sustainable public transport: shore infrastructure for electric ferries for island connections' from the auction revenue of greenhouse gas emission allowances and the contracting authority's own funds. Point 5.1.3. 'Estimated duration' in the procurement notice states the estimated duration of the procurement contract as 8 months, of which 6 months is the performance period (work execution period) and 2 months are allocated for the submission of the final invoice and payment.
