Originalus konkurso aprašymas

Wiltshire'o taryba ketina įsteigti Dinaminę pirkimo sistemą (DPS) keleivių transporto paslaugoms. Bus 2 dalys. I dalis: transporto priemonės, turinčios daugiau nei 16 sėdimųjų vietų, apimančios transportą iš namų į mokyklą ir viešąjį transportą. II dalis: transporto priemonės, turinčios 16 ar mažiau sėdimųjų vietų, apimančios transportą specialiųjų ugdymosi poreikių (SEN), socialinės globos ir transportą iš namų į mokyklą. Wiltshire'o taryba taip pat turės galimybę rengti atvirkštines elektronines aukcionus ir ieškoti vairuotojų bei keleivių padėjėjų pagal šią DPS, kaip nurodyta viešųjų pirkimų dokumentacijoje. DPS iš pradžių galios 5 metus su galimybe pratęsti iki 2 metų Tarybos nuožiūra. DPS paraiškų priėmimas prasidės nuo 2022-08-15. Kvietimai teikti pasiūlymus pagal DPS prasidės nuo 2022-12-01. Jei tiekėjo paraiška bus sėkminga, jis galės gauti kvietimus teikti pasiūlymus / mini-konkursų dokumentus ir teikti pasiūlymus dėl keleivių transporto paslaugų, kaip nurodyta, kai tik jos taps prieinamos pagal šią DPS nuo 2022-12-01. Taryba pasilieka teisę viešuosius pirkimus dėl keleivių transporto paslaugų vykdyti ir ne pagal šią DPS.
