Oryginalny Opis Przetargu

Rada Wiltshire zamierza utworzyć Dynamiczny System Zakupów (DPS) dla usług transportu pasażerskiego. Będą 2 części. Część I: pojazdy z ponad 16 miejscami siedzącymi, obejmujące transport z domu do szkoły i transport publiczny. Część 2: pojazdy z 16 lub mniejszą liczbą miejsc siedzących, obejmujące transport dla osób ze specjalnymi potrzebami edukacyjnymi (SEN), opiekę społeczną oraz transport z domu do szkoły. Rada Wiltshire będzie miała również możliwość przeprowadzania e-aukcji odwróconych i poszukiwania kierowców oraz asystentów pasażerów w ramach tego DPS, zgodnie z dokumentacją przetargową. DPS będzie obowiązywał przez początkowy okres 5 lat z możliwością przedłużenia o dowolny okres do 2 lat, zgodnie z definicją i według wyłącznego uznania Rady. DPS zostanie otwarty na wnioski od 15.08.2022. Wezwania do składania ofert w ramach DPS rozpoczną się od 01.12.2022. Jeśli wniosek dostawcy zostanie zaakceptowany, będzie on mógł otrzymać dokumenty dotyczące wezwań / mini-konkursów i składać oferty na usługi transportu pasażerskiego, zgodnie z opisem, gdy tylko staną się dostępne w ramach tego DPS od 01.12.2022. Rada zastrzega sobie prawo do przetargowania usług transportu pasażerskiego również poza tym DPS.
