Le Conseil du Comté de Lancashire met en place un Système Pseudo d'Achat Dynamique (PDPS), « Living Well at Home PDPS », pour permettre l'achat de divers services destinés aux adultes. Les services ont été divisés en lots suivants : Lot 1 – Services de soins réglementés par le Commissaire à la qualité des soins (Lot 1a – Soins de courte durée à domicile, Lot 1b – Services de soins à domicile, Lot 1c – Services de soins supplémentaires) ; Lot 2 – Services de soutien non réglementés. Veuillez consulter les documents d'appel d'offres pour plus d'informations. Les candidats sont invités à postuler pour tous les lots ou pour certains d'entre eux, il n'y a aucune restriction sur le nombre de lots pour lesquels les candidats postulent, cependant le candidat doit s'assurer qu'il répond aux spécifications de base et de lot pertinentes pour le lot pour lequel il choisit de postuler. De plus, le candidat doit s'assurer qu'il dispose des ressources nécessaires pour effectuer les travaux dans le(s) lot(s) choisi(s). Le PDPS Living Well at Home sera un arrangement ouvert sans restriction sur le nombre de prestataires de services qui peuvent se voir attribuer une place dans le PDPS. Il y aura une phase initiale de candidature pour attribuer des places dans le PDPS Living Well at Home au sein des lots. Cet accord PDPS Living Well at Home est destiné à être utilisé par chacun des Organismes Contractants identifiés dans l'avis de marché.
