The aim of the service is to conduct four training sessions for two training groups, covering both theoretical teaching and practical application of the covision method. The main focus of the training is: - to develop participants' understanding of covision as a tool for self-reflection and professional development, and its opportunities and value in child protection work; - to develop participants' skills in planning and managing covision group activities purposefully; - to support the professional development, cooperation and strengthening of the reflection culture of child protection specialists and managers, taking into account their different roles and responsibilities.
