L'objectif du service est de dispenser quatre sessions de formation à deux groupes de formation, couvrant à la fois l'enseignement théorique et l'application pratique de la méthode de covision. L'objectif principal de la formation est : - de développer la compréhension des participants de la covision en tant qu'outil d'autoréflexion et de développement professionnel, ainsi que ses opportunités et sa valeur dans le travail de protection de l'enfance ; - de développer les compétences des participants en matière de planification et de gestion ciblées des activités de groupe de covision ; - de soutenir le développement professionnel, la coopération et le renforcement de la culture de réflexion des spécialistes et des gestionnaires de la protection de l'enfance, en tenant compte de leurs différents rôles et responsabilités.
