This tender provides clear basic information and utilizes an e-procurement platform, but suffers from a critical lack of disclosed evaluation criteria, impacting clarity, completeness, and fairness. Sustainability aspects are entirely absent.

Score Breakdown

Legal Compliance75/100

The procedure type and CPV code are correctly identified, and there are no reported disputes. However, the absence of a reveal date prevents a full assessment of the time provided for preparation, though the instruction is not to flag deadlines as concerns.

Missing reveal date for full deadline assessment
Clarity65/100

The description and AI-extracted requirements are generally clear and understandable. However, the critical absence of specified evaluation criteria significantly reduces clarity for potential bidders on how their proposals will be assessed.

Missing evaluation criteria
Performance metrics not fully detailed
Completeness60/100

Basic information, key dates, and estimated value are provided. However, the analysis is hampered by the lack of actual tender document content, and the crucial absence of evaluation criteria makes the tender incomplete from a bidder's perspective.

No tender document content available for analysis
Missing evaluation criteria
Fairness60/100

Full document access is facilitated via an e-procurement portal, and requirements appear generic. Nevertheless, the lack of transparent evaluation criteria is a significant fairness concern, as it can lead to subjective assessment and an uneven playing field.
