Tender Quality Score

This tender provides clear basic information and requirements for a specialized construction project. However, the lack of detailed evaluation criteria for the significant quality component (70%) is a notable deficiency, impacting transparency and fairness.

Score Breakdown

Legal Compliance85/100

The tender clearly defines the procedure type as open and below threshold, and the CPV code is appropriate. No disputes are reported, and mandatory exclusion grounds are referenced. A minor detail is the missing procedure code.

Procedure type code is missing
Clarity60/100

The project description and technical requirements are clear and unambiguous. However, the specific criteria for evaluating the 70% quality component are not detailed, which significantly reduces overall clarity for bidders.
