DWP Estates iværksætter Estates 2030 Strategien og Visionen, som omfatter et nyt Estates 2030 Strategisk Pipeline Optimeringsprogram (SPOP). Dette program vil gennemgå den strategiske ejendoms-pipeline for at sikre, at forsyningskæden er optimalt organiseret og positioneret til at understøtte leveringen af DWP Estates 2030-strategien, og identificere muligheder for forbedringer og effektiviseringer. Det vil omfatte en gennemgang af den interne driftsmodel, kompetencekortlægning og mobilisering af nye tjenester. Et centralt mål er at designe, levere, overgå til og stabilisere overgangen fra de nuværende Integrator Model-tjenester til et fremtidigt servicdesign baseret på teknologi, data og innovation.
