Mandatory full-service contract: one bidder must handle 2026-27 monthly 8–16-page A3 full-colour newspaper (≈14,700 copies) from copy-editing, layout, graphics sourcing and 45–60 g newsprint printing through to island-wide doorstep delivery, so only printers with in-house Estonian-language editorial/design capacity, reliable 24 h production cycle, and proven Saaremaa distribution network should bid.

Saaremaa vallavalitsus kuulutab 2026–2027. aasta Saaremaa Teataja vallalehe (8/12/16 lk) igakuise keeletoimetuse, kujunduse, trüki ja kojukande täisteenusena välja (osadeks ei jaotata); pakkujal peab olema olemas ühtne tootmis- ja logistikaahel koos ajalehetrüki, posti-/kojukande ja keeletoimetuse võimekusega, mis tagab lehe ilmumise kuu 2. neljapäeval kuni 31.12.2027 (hind kogu lehe kohta, KM lisandub).
