Tender Quality Score

This tender demonstrates clear technical requirements and utilizes an e-procurement platform, but it has significant shortcomings regarding evaluation criteria and detailed qualification requirements.

Score Breakdown

Legal Compliance75/100

The procedure type and CPV code are clearly defined, and there are no disputes. However, the missing reveal date and the lack of detailed mandatory exclusion, eligibility, and financial requirements in the provided summary reduce overall compliance, relying heavily on external documents.

Missing tender reveal date
Lack of detailed mandatory exclusion, eligibility, and financial requirements in the provided summary
Clarity60/100

The technical requirements are very clear and specific, directly reflecting the description. However, the complete absence of evaluation criteria and the lack of specific eligibility and financial requirements significantly reduce the overall clarity of the tender as presented.

Missing evaluation criteria
Lack of detailed eligibility and financial requirements in the provided summary
Completeness65/100

Basic information, estimated value, contract duration, and technical requirements are well-defined. Nevertheless, the absence of evaluation criteria and the lack of detailed mandatory exclusion, eligibility, and financial requirements represent significant gaps in the provided tender information.

Missing evaluation criteria
Lack of detailed mandatory exclusion, eligibility, and financial requirements in the provided summary
Fairness55/100

The use of an e-procurement platform (ProContract) and the disclosed estimated value are positive aspects. However, the complete absence of evaluation criteria is a major fairness issue, as it prevents transparent and objective assessment of bids. Technical requirements appear functional rather than tailored.

Missing evaluation criteria
Practicality70/100

Electronic submission via the ProContract platform is supported, and the contract start date and duration are clearly specified. The absence of a direct URL to the tender documents and the lack of detailed financial requirements (beyond estimated value) are minor practical drawbacks.

No direct URL to tender documents provided
Lack of detailed financial requirements beyond estimated value
Data Consistency85/100

Most key fields are populated, and dates are logical and consistent. The only notable inconsistency is the estimated value being stated as 96,000 EUR in basic info and £80,000 in document summaries, which is a minor discrepancy.

Inconsistency in estimated value currency and amount (EUR vs GBP)
Sustainability20/100

The tender does not include any explicit green procurement, social aspects, or innovation focus. This is a common omission for below-threshold tenders but results in a low score for this criterion.

No explicit green procurement criteria
No explicit social criteria
