--Accept the undivided, single-lot contract without any reservations or conditional clauses
--Implement quarterly environmental monitoring programme:

--Provide daily routine cleaning 5× per week, Monday–Friday 16:30–23:00, for total 7,646 m² office space split between Kaarli pst 1 and Niguliste 2
--Clean all listed surfaces: floors, workstations, sanitary rooms, corridors, stairs, lifts, ~3,072 m² interior glass/gallery windows
--Supply and replace consumables except toilet paper, hand paper and liquid soap (procured by Authority)

--Bid must be all-inclusive (labour, equipment, chemicals, transport, overhead, profit) and fixed for 26 months
