Hankeesemeks on koristusteenuse tellimine Maksu- ja Tolliameti erinevates asukohtades asuvatele büroodele ja muudele hoonetele. Teenus hõlmab hoonete siseruumide koristamist ja eritöid (põrandate süvapuhastus ning akende sise- ja välipesu). Hankija soovib teenust Maksu- ja Tolliameti bürooruumidele, mis asuvad Tallinnas, Paldiskis, Narvas, Rakveres, Haapsalus, Pärnus, Võrus, Harkus ja Maardus 24 kuu jooksul alates lepingu jõustumisest. Pakkujal on võimalik tutvuda objektidega kohapeal. Objektidega mittetutvumisest tulenevad riskid jäävad pakkuja kanda. Objektidega tutvumine leppida eelnevalt kokku tehnilises kirjelduses nimetatud kontaktisikutega.

--Hold a certified site manager for every lot bid: Cleaning Supervisor (EKR 4) or Cleaning Manager (EKR 5) – one per lot, full 24-month period.
--No exclusion grounds (criminal, tax, insolvency, etc.) – self-declared via ESPD.

--Submit fully-completed electronic ESPD (e-ESPD v2.0 extended) – mandatory attachment.
--Observe 24-month contract term: 1 May 2025 – 30 Apr 2027 (no early exit).
--Comply with Estonian labour, tax, and occupational-health laws; use only legally-employed staff.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS5
--Provide daily interior cleaning (floors, furniture ≤1.8 m, glass partitions, waste sorting) at all 9 sites on 1–3×/week schedules.
--Perform periodic deep floor cleaning and interior/exterior window washing on call within agreed response times.
--Cover total net areas: 2 731 m² routine + 3 ad-hoc areas; maintain minimum daily hours shown in Annex 1.
FINANCIAL REQUIREMENTS5
--Demonstrate minimum annual turnover ≥ 200 000 € (last 2 audited years) and positive equity.
--Provide proof of adequate liquid funds or credit line to cover 3 months’ operating costs.
--Insert firm unit prices in grey-shaded cells of both Excel price sheets; no zero or nominal prices allowed.
