Opprinnelig anbudsbeskrivelse

Wiltshire Council har til hensikt å etablere et Dynamisk Innkjøpssystem (DPS) for Persontransporttjenester. Det vil være 2 deler. Del I, for kjøretøy med over 16 seter, som dekker transport fra hjem til skole og offentlig transport. Del 2 vil være for kjøretøy med 16 seter og færre, som dekker spesialundervisning (SEN), sosialomsorg og transport fra hjem til skole. Det vil også være mulighet for Wiltshire Council å gjennomføre omvendte e-auksjoner og søke etter sjåfører og passasjerassistenter under dette DPS, som beskrevet i anbudsdokumentasjonen. DPS vil løpe i en innledende periode på 5 år med mulighet for forlengelse i en periode på opptil ytterligere 2 år, som definert og etter Rådets eget skjønn. DPS vil være åpent for søknader fra 15/08/2022. Anbud under DPS vil starte fra 01/12/2022. Hvis en leverandørs søknad er vellykket, vil de deretter kunne motta dokumenter for anbud / minikonkurranse og kunne by på persontransporttjenester som beskrevet, når og hvis de blir tilgjengelige under dette DPS fra 01/12/2022. Rådet forbeholder seg retten til også å utlyse persontransporttjenester utenfor dette DPS.
