Wiltshire Council har til hensigt at etablere et Dynamisk Indkøbssystem (DPS) for persontransporttjenester. Der vil være 2 partier. Parti I, for køretøjer med over 16 sæder, der dækker hjem-til-skole og offentlig transport. Parti 2 vil være for køretøjer med 16 sæder og derunder, der dækker SEN, socialpleje og hjem-til-skole transport. Wiltshire Council vil også have mulighed for at gennemføre omvendte e-auktioner og søge efter chauffører og passagerassistenter under dette DPS, som beskrevet i udbudsdokumentationen. DPS vil have en indledende løbetid på 5 år med mulighed for forlængelse i en periode på op til yderligere 2 år. DPS vil være åben for ansøgninger fra 15/08/2022. Udbud under DPS vil påbegyndes fra 01/12/2022. Hvis en leverandørs ansøgning er succesfuld, vil de derefter kunne modtage udbuds- / mini-konkurrencedokumenter og være i stand til at byde på persontransporttjenester som beskrevet, når de bliver tilgængelige under dette DPS fra 01/12/2022. Rådet forbeholder sig retten til også at udbyde persontransporttjenester uden for dette DPS.
