De succesvolle Leverancier zal cateringdiensten moeten leveren voor maximaal vijf scholen (2 middelbare scholen en 3 basisscholen) van de Oxlip Learning Partnership (de stichting). De Stichting bestaat uit twee middelbare scholen (Copleston High School en Stowupland High School) en vijf basisscholen, waarvan 3 (Bacton Primary School, Cedars Park Primary School, Mendlesham Primary School) potentieel binnen de scope van dit project vallen.
