Turundustegevused peavad olema kooskõlas Work in Estonia programmi eesmärkidega ning need hõlmavad endas muuhulgas nii püsivaid kui vajaduspõhiseid digikampaaniaid, mis viiakse ellu üldjuhul vähemalt viies sihtriigis üheaegselt. Hanke eesmärk on integreeritud turunduskommunikatsiooni abil saavutada Work in Estonia programmi eesmärgid (RHAD Lisa 1 p 1.1).
