Sutarties dalykas yra viešosios paslaugos įsipareigojimo vykdymas, kaip apibrėžta Europos Parlamento ir Tarybos reglamente (EB) Nr. 1370/2007, pagal viešojo pirkimo dokumentuose ir jų prieduose nustatytas sąlygas, įskaitant keleivių vežimą viešojo susisiekimo autobusų maršrutais Harju apskrities šiaurine kryptimi numatomu laikotarpiu nuo 2027-07-01 iki 2037-06-30, bilietų pardavimą ir kitų su viešosios paslaugos įsipareigojimu susijusių paslaugų organizavimą bei jų priežiūrą, pagal viešojo pirkimo dokumentuose ir jų prieduose nustatytas sąlygas.
