--Fully-filled “Pakkumuse hinnatabel.xlsx” price table showing unit and total prices EX-VAT for 10 four-seat and 5 six-seat booths.
--Reference letters or completion certificates for similar modular-furniture projects (contact details of referees mandatory).
MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS4
--Proven experience in supply and installation of modular furniture (conversation booths or equivalent) – provide at least two reference contracts of similar size/scope completed in the last 3 years.
--Demonstrated capability to deliver, assemble and commission 15 turnkey conversation booths across nine separate school sites in Tartu within a single consolidated schedule.
--Local or EU-based after-sales service organisation able to honour a full warranty and respond on-site within the warranty period.
COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS4
--Certify that ≤10 % of contract value will involve Russian-connected subcontractors (Russian citizens/residents, >50 % Russian-owned entities, or their representatives).
--If bidding as a consortium, attach signed joint-bid authorisation form; otherwise bid as a single economic operator.
--Identify any business secrets in the offer (price and scoring data cannot be claimed secret).
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS5
--Supply 10 four-seat and 5 six-seat modular conversation booths (total 15 units) that comply with the technical description and are ready for immediate pedagogical use.
--Manufacture, deliver, position, fully assemble and secure booths in the locations designated by each of the nine Tartu city schools.
--Provide user training to school staff and obtain all required permits/inspections before hand-over.
FINANCIAL REQUIREMENTS3
--Minimum annual turnover (modular-furniture segment) sufficient to cover the €250,000 estimated contract value – figure to be stated in ESPD.
--Bid price must be submitted EXCLUDING VAT, cover all costs (delivery, installation, training, permits, warranty) and be the sole award criterion (lowest price wins).
--Accept 14-day payment term after formal written acceptance of the complete installed lot; no advance payments.
