Originalus konkurso aprašymas

TfGM siekia įsteigti Didžiojo Mančesterio rangovų įdarbinimo paslaugų pagrindus (GMCRSF) ir ieško partnerių tarp įdarbinimo agentūrų. Tikslas – supaprastinti agentūrų paslaugų pirkimą TfGM, pašalinant esamus neefektyvumus ir neatitikimus. Šia iniciatyva siekiama padidinti veiklos efektyvumą, pagerinti paslaugų kokybę ir užtikrinti atitiktį 2023 m. Viešųjų pirkimų įstatymui. Šiuo metu TfGM naudoja įdarbinimo agentūrų „Pageidaujamų tiekėjų sąrašą“ (PSL), kad teiktų tiek nuolatinį, tiek sutartinį personalą, apimantį pareigas nuo pradinio lygio iki vadovų, įvairiuose skyriuose, tokiuose kaip IT, projektų valdymas, autobusų paslaugos ir transportas. PSL esančios agentūros specializuojasi vienoje ar keliose profesinėse srityse. Didžiojo Mančesterio rangovų įdarbinimo paslaugų pagrindai bus TfGM pageidaujamas metodas rangovų paslaugoms įsigyti. Siūlomi pagrindai apims visas TfGM reikalingas su rangovų įdarbinimu susijusias paslaugas per ketverių metų laikotarpį ir bus prieinami visai organizacijai, įskaitant GMCA, Didžiojo Mančesterio tarybas, priešgaisrinę tarnybą ir Didžiojo Mančesterio policiją. Pagrindus sudarys 5 dalys, ir kiekviena dalis apims konkrečią specializaciją.
