L'appel d'offres public portera sur la construction d'une zone visant à atténuer le risque d'inondation dans la région et à améliorer la qualité des eaux pluviales rejetées dans le plan d'eau récepteur en gérant les eaux pluviales de manière à ce qu'elles soient d'abord utilisées dans les installations de la région, puis dirigées en partie à travers une zone tampon vers le lac Tamula. La solution construite permettra de ralentir, de tamponner et de purifier le ruissellement de surface des eaux pluviales.
