Hankinnan tarkoituksena on solmia sopimus yhden tarjoajan kanssa yleiskaavan laatimiseksi Tallinnan teknillisen yliopiston Mustamäen kampukselle Tallinnassa (Ehitajate tee, Akadeemia tee, Üliõpilaste tee ja Raja kadun välisellä maa-alueella), jonka pinta-ala on noin 35,6 hehtaaria.
