Hankintasopimuksen kohteena on vanhainkodin suunnittelu ja rakentaminen Otepään kaupungissa, Kastolatsi tee 25 kiinteistöllä. Suoritettavien töiden aikana tulee suunnitella ja rakentaa yksikerroksinen vanhainkodin rakennus 30 asiakkaalle tarvittavine palvelu- ja apuhuoneineen. Töiden laajuus sisältää sähkönsyötön, vahva- ja heikkovirtajärjestelmien, aurinkovoimalan, lämmityksen ja ilmanvaihdon sekä vesihuollon ja viemäröinnin rakentamisen, keittiökalusteiden asennuksen ja alueen kunnostuksen. Rakennettavan rakennuksen suljettu nettoala on 616 m², josta lämmitetty pinta-ala on 596 m². Rakennus tulee suunnitella ja rakentaa lähes nollaenergiarakennuksena.
