The requirement: The Council requires a housebuilder warranty and insurance policy for the 291 Harrow Road development. The Council, acting as the developer, has appointed a main contractor to undertake pre-construction services and ultimately to construct three towers at the 291 Harrow Road site. In total the three towers will deliver 144 new homes. Construction is due to commence in late 2027. Council requires a suitable warranty and insurance provider for the new build including cover for the works and structural warranty post-completion.
