Original Tender Description

The objective of the procurement is to establish a parking lot in Narva-Jõesuu Fisherman's Harbour, create an access road and connecting road, and upgrade the infrastructure (construction of water supply and sewerage, provision of electricity connection, lighting and security, supply and installation of floating docks and container cabins). The works also include the preparation of working projects/as-built drawings, necessary surveys/tests, and the submission of an occupancy permit application with the required project and construction documentation to the Building Register (EHR) and the submission of the occupancy permit application.
