Hanke OSA 1: Tõrva Vallavalitsusele ja hallatavatele asutustele arvutitehnika kasutamise teenuse osutamine koos IT-tugiteenustega. Hanke OSA 2: Tõrva valla koolinoortele ja õpetajatele arvutitehnika ja tarkavara kasutamise teenuse osutamine, IT-tugi, andmete pilveteenus ning regulaarsete veebiseminaride korraldamine ja riigi poolt planeeritud e-eksamitele üleminekuks ettevalmistumine
