Original Tender Description

Hanke esemeks on erinevate avaliku ruumi objektide (linnamööbel, prügikastid, aiad ja väravad, piirded, lillekastid, tänavad, haljasalad jmt) paigaldus-, hooldus- ja remonditeenuse tellimine. Tellivata teenuste loetelu on toodud riigihanke alusdokumendis "Tehniline kirjeldus". Hanke tulemusel sõlmitakse raamleping kahe pakkujaga, kelle vahel viiakse läbi minikonkursse konkreetse töö tellimuse täitmiseks. Pakkuja pakub teenuse töötunni hinna, mis kehtib kogu raamlepingu kehtivuse jooksul. Minikonkurssidel pakutakse konkreetse tellimuse kogumaksumus (st töötundide arv ning lisanduvad materjalide, vahendite jmt kulud). Raamleping kehtib alates sõlmimisest kuni 31.12.2027 või kuni raamlepingu maksimaalse rahalise mahu 80 000 eurot käibemakstua täitumiseni, kui see saabub varem. Raam- ja hankelepingu täitmise täpsemad tingimused on toodud riigihanke alusdokumendis „Raamlepingu projekt“ ja „Hankelepingu projekt“.
