Projekteerimistööd, Aia tn 64, Aia tn 66 a ja Körberi tn 12 asuvaid korterelamuid varustava kaugküttetorustiku rekonstrueerimiseks, ning renoveeritava korterelamu Pikk tn 56 liitmiseks kaugküttega, ning ehitustööd Körberi tn 12 kaugküttetorustiku rekonstrueerimiseks ja Pikk tn 56 renoveeritava korterelamu liitmiseks kaugküttega.
